Privacy Policy

VaultVision collects limited product, security, and support data to operate a public Hyperliquid vault research service. We do not sell personal data, and the public MCP server does not store tool arguments or answers.
What we collect
- Website usage: page path, timestamp, referrer or campaign source, browser user agent, an IP-derived privacy hash, and anonymous visitor or session identifiers stored by the site.
- Product actions: actions such as opening a vault, connecting a wallet, requesting an alert, or starting a deposit flow. Views, impressions, and clicks are stored as separate event types.
- Wallet data: a public wallet address and related product events when you connect or submit it. VaultVision never asks for or stores seed phrases or private keys.
- Contact data: email, Telegram details, and the message or request you choose to send through alerts, concierge, newsletter, or support forms.
- AI access telemetry: known crawler or MCP source, purpose, path, tool name, response status, duration, timestamp, and a privacy hash. MCP arguments and returned research data are not stored in this telemetry table.
Public market data
VaultVision processes public Hyperliquid vault, wallet, position, and transaction data. Public blockchain addresses are not private within the underlying protocol. VaultVision adds derived risk, drawdown, ranking, flow, and entry-quality fields; these are product models, not native Hyperliquid claims.
Why we use data
We use the data above to deliver and improve the scanner, rankings, alerts, API, MCP tools, support, and paid research; measure acquisition and conversion; prevent abuse; diagnose failures; and maintain service security.
Service providers and external links
Infrastructure, hosting, DNS, email routing, and communications providers process limited data as needed to deliver VaultVision. The site also links to Hyperliquid, Telegram, and other third-party services. Their own privacy terms apply after you leave VaultVision.
Retention and choices
We keep operational and analytics records only while they remain useful for the purposes above, security, dispute handling, or legal obligations. You may avoid submitting contact details, disconnect your wallet, clear browser storage, or request access or deletion of contact data. Public blockchain history cannot be deleted by VaultVision.
Security and children
VaultVision uses access controls and privacy hashing, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. The service is not directed to children. Do not submit seed phrases, private keys, passwords, or other wallet secrets.
Contact
For privacy questions or a data request, email privacy@vaultvision.tech. Include enough detail to identify the submission you are asking about, but never include wallet secrets.
