For product, data, API, MCP, privacy, or security questions, email support@vaultvision.tech. Never include a seed phrase, private key, password, or signing secret.
Email supportScanner or vault page
Include the page URL, vault address or slug, what you expected, and what you saw.
Metric or freshness issue
Include the field name, displayed timestamp, and source page. Vault values can change between checks.
API or MCP
Include the endpoint or tool, protocol version, request timestamp, HTTP status, and a redacted response excerpt. Do not send credentials.
Access or deletion request
Use the same contact channel you originally submitted and describe the record you want us to locate.
Responsible disclosure
Email security@vaultvision.tech with reproduction steps and impact. Do not access other users' data or disrupt production.
Check the public API
The read-only health endpoint reports current server time and protocol-data freshness.
VaultVision support cannot recover wallets, reverse blockchain transactions, guarantee vault returns, or provide personalized investment advice.
