VaultVision / Legal
Terms of Use
Last updated: August 27, 2026
VaultVision is an independent research and monitoring product. It is not Hyperliquid, a broker, an investment adviser, a custodian, or a promise of return.
Using the service
These terms apply to vaultvision.tech, its scanner, rankings, research pages, alerts, public JSON API, read-only MCP server, and related support. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and accept these boundaries.
Research, not financial advice
Vault data, risk scores, rankings, drawdown, APR, entry labels, alerts, comparisons, and AI-agent responses are informational research. They are not personalized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Historical performance does not guarantee future results, and a risk score does not cap possible loss.
No custody or execution
VaultVision's public API and MCP server are read-only. They cannot connect a wallet, sign a message, place or copy a trade, submit a deposit, withdraw funds, or take custody. Some links may open a third-party Hyperliquid interface where you control any action. Verify the destination, current vault address, capacity, lockup, fees, positions, and transaction before signing.
Data can change
VaultVision uses public protocol data, retained snapshots, caches, and derived models. Values can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or revised. Vault status, TVL, positions, returns, deposit capacity, and risk can change faster than a page or agent answer. Check the displayed timestamps and the current protocol interface before acting.
Your responsibilities
- Make your own capital and security decisions and comply with rules that apply to you.
- Never send VaultVision a seed phrase, private key, password, or signing secret.
- Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls or rate limits, scrape at abusive volume, inject malicious instructions, or misrepresent VaultVision data as guaranteed or official Hyperliquid advice.
- When republishing API or MCP output, preserve timestamps, source labels, canonical links, and material risk caveats.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, profitability, or loss avoidance. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VaultVision is not responsible for trading losses, protocol failures, wallet compromise, stale data, third-party actions, or decisions made from the service.
Paid work and changes
Any paid review or custom work may have a separate written scope that controls that engagement. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features and may revise these terms. The date above shows the latest published revision.
